Sorry I've been MIA, I've been super busy saving lives in the Emergency Department...

And then saving more lives in the ED today.
I got a nice run in yesterday, did some Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack (love), and now I'm off to watch Pitt Basketball in the NCAA tournament. Win-win kind of weekend.
