Point-Two Song of the Week: Girl Talk

With a fresh year comes fresh new features for On the Road Again readers. In previous posts, I signed off with a 'point-two' tip, song, or thought that capitalized on a theme or idea from the post. In true running fashion, I want to go a step further with that idea and roll out features that develop each of those pieces.

For those of us that thrive off of good tunes that don't suck, the PTSOTW (love me some acronyms) will please your ears and iPods. It might be an uptempo tune that gets your feet ready to rock some miles, an etheral ballad for power stretching and relaxing sessions, or, if nothing else, a damn good song that is just so damn good it deserves the weekly honor.

Thus, the *drum roll please* first-ever Point-Two Song of the Week!

The first-ever song had to appeal to a mass of interests, so who better to fulfill this endeavor than the magnificent mash-up artist Girl Talk? This guy, in his Wikipedia page photo, looks like a total Harvard nerd, but he's a crazy musical genius. He mixes Radiohead's "Creep" with Ol' Dirty Bastard in the clip above... ridiculously, wickedly, sinfully good stuff. If you like what you hear, you can even get his new album for FREE here!
