1. It keeps me energized (so I can run tough races)
2. It does wonders for my self esteem
3. It keeps my mood in check
4. It lowers my risk for ALL KINDS of diseases
5. It improves my relationships with friends and family
6. I get to bake and healthify goodies
7. It allows me to set an example for others, including the kids/families I work with
8. It keeps my weight in check
9. It makes me feel strong and in control (see above picture ;-))
10. I can't imagine living any other way
