Pickles!

I enjoy pickles. I've even attempted (and failed) to make my own pickles. And now this great news.

If you've been paying attention to sports hydration occasionally you'd hear that pickle juice is good for dehydration. The first time I heard about it was around 4 to 5 years ago when someone mentioned they were giving away pickle juice in the swag bags of some triathlon down in Denver. Be that as it may, I'm still not sure I want to drink a bunch of pickle juice.
