It's really hard to take Intuitive Eating seriously, when all you crave is this,


And wash it down with this:

I desperately want to believe that my body knows what it needs and wants--but seriously? I'm having a hard time "honoring my hunger" when my hunger rarely steers me in the direction of fruits and veggies in a pinch.

Also not helping?
Level 1 of Jillian's Shredded in 30. Not a fan. I'm hoping the upper levels are more challenging, cuz this 20 minute workout was not cutting it.

It may just be back to the drawing board for me.
