Running Skirts Saturdays (giveaway)

Welcome to the first edition of "Running Skirt Saturdays". Each Saturday for the next five Saturdays I will be featuring the skirts from RunningSkirts.com.

One of the things I love most about running is how strong and empowered it makes me feel as a woman. So when I look for running clothes first I look for function and then I look for something that will make me feel good.

Lets face it, when you feel good about yourself you're more likely to head out for your run.

So when I came across RunningSkirts.com I was instantly drawn to their product philosophy. Here is what they have to say:

"Our philosophy is that fitness fashion for women should be fashionable, flattering and (most importantly) functional."

Their running wear is made out of sweat wicking material. The skirts have been tested and approved for all levels of running and athletics. The running skirts have an attached brief underneath and the athletic skirts have attached compression shorts. All of the skirts have pockets to hold your ipod/phone/gu. None of the skirts have interior seams which mean NO CHAFFING.

Here I am wearing one of their plaid athletic skirts and long sleeve running tops.

Obviously I am still rockin' this boot so I haven't been able to take the skirt out for a run yet. However, I have worn it while doing my strength training and I am incredibly impressed with the fit and comfort of it. And I LOVE how cute it is. Once again, that means I'm more likely to want to work out.

They have skirts for all kinds of sport, skirts for little girls, and even maternity skirts. They also have tops, compression socks and many more running accessories. Head over to RunningSkirts.com to check out all their great gear.

You can use the coupon code "endurance" to receive 15% off your order.
