I ran across this article and I think the idea is brilliant. To celebrate the last year of his 20's, he is going to run everyday, at least one mile, and drink everyday, at least one beer. I think that this is a great idea. Running is pretty good for you, so long as you don't get hurt, and drinking is good for you too. Yeah, really.
I'm not at the 29 y/o market yet, but 28 is creeping up fast. Maybe I should adopt a plan like this to celebrate my birthday. Thoughts?
