I've ran across a few interesting articles over the last several days. Here is one on taking shorter steps while running. So maybe the ultra-shuffle isn't such a bad thing, contrary to what those dudes on letsrun.com think. The second is one reducing the amount of miles you do or cross training. I've been busy since the school year started, so, for the time being, I completely agree! I think the message that is conveyed through both articles is 'listen to your body.'
