(gentlemen... please keep reading, this isn't only for the ladies)
You may remember awhile back I professed my LOVE of the Sugoi Bridget Bra. It is honestly the BEST sports bra I have EVER worn. I've tried numerous brands and always feel the need to double up on bras in order to get enough support. Of course, layering bras isn't exactly comfortable. At the end of each run I would peel of my sports bras and find indention's in my shoulders from excess pressure. The other issue I struggled with was how HOT sports bras can be. Full paneled backs may add support, but it also adds heat.
And hello... .its next to impossible to wiggle out of TWO wet sports bras.
Luckily those days are a thing of the past for me.
Enter the Bridget Bra. The straps cross at the back and then hook together making it easy to get in and out of. The open back leaves me nice and cool. And the fabric and design provide plenty of support without any extra bulk.
To sum it up this bra is:
