The Connection Runners

Giveaway: Oiselle Running Apparel

You may remember the sneak preview I gave you of this running outfit last week. This was sent to my by the very sweet Liz at Oiselle Running. This company was started in 2003 by a runner mom, Sally Bergesen who was frustrated by the choices she found in her local running store. She used her experience as a runner to put together her own product.

"As a company, our sole focus is the woman athlete who loves to run and race."

One of the things that impressed me the most is this companies commitment to the environment. They work with renewable or recycled fibers and actively seek ways to reduce waste.

I was sent a distance tee and a pair of roga shorts. While I haven't been able to run in them yet (as you can see), I did wear the outfit for pilates the other day. Both the top and bottom were very comfortable and light weight. The roga shorts have a wide waist band and an attached liner. They also have a small pocket in the back which will be great to hold my key or chapstick when I run.

You can purchase their products online, or click on "shop" at the top of their page to find it at your nearest retailer. Also, look for them at your next large race expo. Looks like I'll be catching up with them at Rock 'N Roll San Antonio.
