Anyone remember THIS picture?
We came across these KISS impersonators at the Rock N Roll San Antonio expo. While I felt like it was a poor showing on their part (hello-MY tongue is WAY longer that that guys), they DID get me interested in the race they were promoting. When they told me there was beer and a KISS tribute band at the finish line I was pretty much ready to sign right up.

I came home and started looking at the details. Hell Run is a race comprised of butt kicking obstacles. Here is the 3.45 mile course with 12 obstacles.
The "Super Hell Course" is 6.85 miles with 20 obstacles. Pretty sure Charles and I are running the Super Hell Course. It sounds too terrifying to pass up. :)
There will be mud pits, dark tunnels, music on the course,barbed wire, jumping over flames and more! When you arrive at the finish line, covered in mud, you are given a super hero cape and beer. And then you, and a mob of mud covered bodies, will rock out to a KISS tribute band.
The Austin race is on April 30th, but they have races all over the country. Click HERE to find the race closest to you.
